Clip to ScrapBook
I read "Where the Wild Things Are." I then give each child a piece of white construction paper and have them fold it in half either vertical or horizontal, it doesn't matter. I then squirt a dab of finger paint, using several different colors, in the crease of the fold. The kids fold the paper over the paint and rub it in all different directions. When they open the paper, they are excited by the "wild thing" they created. It's lots of fun to see all the different creations.
