Glad you're back! Your insights and ideas were missed! I am planning on making some MAJOR changes in my 4th grade next year (the biggest being abolishing ABILITY GROUPING for reading and math!). I am also going to do some
real research on a great way to use GR&W approach in my classroom. Hey, let's bounch ideas off each other! I'd love to have someone to ask some of those millions of questions that I'm sure I will have! I am really EXCITED about the changes, though! My principal is behind me, but I'm sure the other teachers in my team will not be, and I'm not sure about what the parents will think.

I will be "piloting" the program alone, I'm afraid. I think, from your past posts, that you already implement more of this than I do. Will you be back to 4th grade next year? I am so glad to have this board.....what would I do without you all! Thanks! I have heard great things about Mosaic of Thought and plan to get it soon. It's taking me a LONG time to get through GR&W! There's so much info there! I sure want a classroom like "Erica's." We'll get there, I'm sure of it!!!
