Great Idea!

I love the idea too, Julie! I just have a question. What do you do if a student just wants to hang at the Graffiti Wall during reading time as a way to avoid on-task reading workshop behavior? I know this sounds very negative, but I have a couple of students who would love to abuse the privilege if I just threw it open as anyone can write on the "Wall" any time they come up with a question or a thought. Any ideas or tips -- or am I just being grumpy tonight?
