OK, Anne. Take a step back and look at what you did. If you were capitalizing on teachable moments, don't be so hard on yourself!! There's nothing wrong with that, especially if it benefited your students! Just try to take those "baby steps" that you mentioned and set some simple realistic goals for the week. I'm sure you did a wonderful job! My thought for the week is, "Let's put the FUN back into dysFUNctional!" Best of luck!
