independent reading
By Wendy

Clip to ScrapBook
I agree with everyone that the issue of uninterrupted block of time is the key to Erica's day. Friday is my only day that I have solid block of 2 1/2 hours for literacy. Sometimes I have 2 specials a day (art 40 min./gym 30 min.) After vacation, I started to implement the independent reading element from GR&W. The minilessons are arranged in an easy to follow twenty day format. This is introduced in later chapters. What are the next chapters that we should read and when should we have them read by?
