confused still

Clip to ScrapBook
OK, now I'm a bit unclear on whether to pick a book one above their level or stay with their level. A workshop I had attended, based on F&P, said that you should pick a book a level above what they read to give them a bit more challenge without scaring the student off. I haven't gotten through the book yet, just on the first section. So if anyone wants to clarify or point me in the right direction in the book - that would be wonderful! By the way - these discussions on the book are going to be so helpful! Thanks to all who are participating!
