Even though I am one of the ones without my copy of the book yet (I've been told this week, I'm keeping my fingers crossed!), I agree with ddd that you should go ahead and start discussing. Maybe wait a few days, but I think if you keep waiting for us stragglers, more people who want to participate will keep popping up and we'll end up waiting again, for them. I don't mean this to sound like we don't want more people-- certainly, the more the better! I just think that we're all too nice and we'll keep stalling, and then we'll get too anxious to chare and ask questions... a big nasty cycle....
