Well, you'll have to count me in on that, having the opportunity to discuss what you're doing and why really helps clarify and deepen your beliefs and makes you really examine why you're doing something and if it really makes sense. Have you checked out the book Goodbye Round Robin?...I'll check out the other book you suggested...And I did email you, did you get it??? ;-D
