Hi, I teach 5th grade, and there are some that still don't know them as well a they should. They begin in 3rd, and are expected to know them all in 4th at my school. I try to review them some, and do remediation after school, but there is way too much curriculum to cover in 5th. Can't keep beating a dead horse. Tell folks to get off their butts and teach those kids the facts of life.
