We give our kids a "license to multiply" from the "Department of Multiplication Verification", it has their picture on it and everything. By the time we get to the 7's and 8's, they are getting bored so that is when we have them "sign" for their license. They don't actually get the license until they have successfully learned all of the facts though. Just an extra incentive!
