Well, I am a first year teacher so I understand your trouble finding good sites. My advice is to search, search, search. That's how I found this website. The people who respond to this board often give great websites.
Ask a lot of teachers where they get their information. Teachers, as an instinct, love to share learning. I often search google.com with a general topic and usually find great sites. Bookmark any that even sound remotely important because later it will save you the time. A lot of sites have good links. It's amazing what great advice you can find if you just ask. I worked in a business
world where its considered weak to ask questions but in education it's different. We don't expect our kids to know everything the first time they do it so don't expect yourself to just automatically know everything. Ask other teachers, more often than not, they're the most helpful. That's why they are teachers! Good luck and remember everyday you learn more. Sorry if this was not that helpful.
