My advice is to consult your advisor, or a general education student advising center worker. my school has them, yours might too. I know you at least have an advisor. Since i don't know the rules or anything on your portfolio system, i'd suggest you contact someone who does know within your department. You could also talk to students ahead of you in years to see what they did for theirs
