Order of operations help...
By Heather

Clip to ScrapBook
Just an idea... when I was taught the order of operations, we were taught the following sentence to help us remember it. And, still to this day, I think of it when dealing with order of operations. So, I know that it helped me learn it! Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally. P = paranthesis, E = exponents , M = Multiplication, D = division, A = addition , S = subtraction ... I hope that helps! It did for me! Good luck!
