No I am not in favor of vouchers for church schools. I believe that you should have a choice but if you choose your church school then you know before hand that you are choosing to pay. I know the arguements for esscaping a bad neighborhood school or a bad district but then I question the parental involvement. Are they active in school activities? Do they support the teacher, follow through on homework assignments etc? Remember charter schools do not charge so if the neighborhood school is so bad there are other free choices. I do not think I treat boys and girls equally but only because I have twice the amount of boys than girls and my girls are very quiet shy types. I know the boys get more attention for behavior types of problems....
