I agree with Jody that you shouldn't talk about your love of kids, but what you wish to achieve as a teacher. They will already know you love kids (atleast I hope so!) I don't know if this is true at your school, but for my essay they were looking at my ability to actually write a paper more so than my intentions for becoming a teacher. I focused more on mechanics than anything. Good luck - I'm sure you'll do fine! Laura
