Time for Kids Magazine

Each year my students order a subscription to Time for Kids magazine. It is a wonderful tool to use to keep up with current events. The teacher's pages come with exciting activities for the kids to do. I also use my magazines to teach transactive (real world) writing. We use highlighters to highlight cathcy titles, sub titles, captions, leads and etc. Hope this helps! Oh yeah, a yearly subscription is only $3.75. You get one a week all school year, except on holidays.
