Hi! I have checked out that website and it's awesome! I incorporated a few ideas along with the workbook to our class book. One thing that was fun this week was that I incorporated some of my creative writing from English
into the Greece unit. I just made it into an opinion play between Alexander the Great and the student. The students had a partner and could choose who they wanted to be--themselves or Alexander. Then, they had to choose any issue in their lives that they could converse with Alexander the Great and get some advice from him. It only took them 15 minutes to write and 30 minutes for everyone
to complete their little plays in front of the class. They had a blast! I will do this again. It basically looked like this:

Me:
Alexander:
Me:
Alexander: (Continue until complete).
