difficult situation

I really think that if you enjoy what you are doing then you should lay low during this turmoil. Only offer opions if you are asked and then be truthful. If you try to stir things up then things may backfire. Since the
principal is new you need to see how things pan out. She may get better, she may leave, or she may not have her contract renewed if she is not doing a good job.
I had a bad principal that caused the staff to be at each other's throats. Many complained to him, the pastor, the archdiocese etc. But he stayed for five years. I got through it all because I loved my classes and
the parents. I was there for them not him. He left last year and took all his "buddies" with him. We now have a good principal. She's not perfect but it's only her first year.
