Clip to ScrapBook
I had an incidents similar to yours over the years. Some of the parents are still in the school and I still don't talk to them nor they to me. I flatly had it out with them. One called me a racist because I taught Black
history during February. Another was a parent that thought my students were acting up on a field trip to her dental office. I could never please them and I don't even try now. It's sad.I have tried to settle the issues. I did have it out with both of them on the phone. My principal knows. I feel better that I at least tried to have a conversation. I am still at the school. I enjoy
my students and most of the parents. There are a small few that need to take some religion classes.
Keep up your hard work and remember you are there for the kids. I'm sure she's the type that gives everyone a hard time.
