That is a tought decision. 11th grade and elementary are so different. I would be afraid that if I took the job, the one I dreamed of would be offered to someone else.

I would probably wait it out. I am teaching elementary and I just love it so I am more sympathetic toward those ages and we always need inclusion help. Have you posted also on the Sped board? You may find someone who has done both and can give you the pros and cons of each.
