7th and 8th grade
By Trish

Clip to ScrapBook
Amanda,

Congrats on progressing with your student teaching.. Now.. take a deep breath. 7th and 8th grade is a lot like the younger grades. Just older.. I find that my students are a lot like the 2nd and 5th graders that I student taught. They like to play, they love to laugh and share stories with you, they absolutely want stickers on their tests, etc. I would not want to be anywhere else but in junior high. The trick to them is to start stern. Then loosen up. They are so much fun. You are going to learn a lot from them.
If you need anything, email me directly. I would be more than happy to help you.
