French and Indian War
By Lori 2

Clip to ScrapBook
The only book that comes to mind immediately for that age is:

The Matchlock Gun by Walter Edmonds.

You might also read a bio of George Washington since he fought in the French and Indian War.

Albert Marrin wrote a young adult history of the French and Indian War that might be helpful in small doses for a fourth grader -- just pick and choose what he is interested in for his project. The book is out of print, but might be available at your library. I think it is called Struggle for a Continent.
