Hi all,
I agree with everyone's responses...the Strategies That Work book would give you great interactive read aloud lessons to deepen the responses you get during literature conversations. And Mosaics is a wonderful book for actually seeing how these play out during your group discussions.
I'd like to add another book 'Goodbye Round Robin' to the list...it has very 'quick and dirty' lessons for all types of genres and also includes an extensive list of possible book titles for use as you're introducing each to your children. Happy holidays all!!! ;-D
