I've used the CTM book, too and enjoyed it. One teacher I know had a stuffed penguin packed in a cheapie styrofoam cooler and had it delivered by the school secretary on the day Capt. Cook comes to Stillwater. She made sure it was labeled the same as the picture in the book and had stored in a fridge so it would be cold.
