books By BJ

I know that a popular one with my struggling readers in fourth grade, and popular borrows of some second graders is "The Magic Tree House" series by Mary Pope Osborne. They also like Jerry Spinelli books, "Cam Jensen" books are popular too. Fourth graders seem to really love Louis Sachar's stories like "Wayside School" & "Holes" (big hit!). Hope this gives you a start.
