Weaknesses

Well, I'm not sure how long you've been teaching...but I just graduated and was asked that same question on a few interviews. I said that my biggest weakness was the fact that I was a beginning teacher and I didn't know all the in's and out's of teaching. I also said that I tended to get frustrated because I didn't "know it all" and wanted to be perfect at the very beginning. I hope this helps.
