a tip...

Clip to ScrapBook
Whatever you decide your "weakness" is, always have a way of explaining what you have done or will do to combat it. For instance: I said my "weakness" was setting unreasonable goals for myself and feeling dissapointed for not reaching them (being a perfectionist and getting stressed). I added that I was trying to reassess my goals and look for positives in everything. I also explained what I was doing to combat stress (kickboxing, taking Sunday for myself, etc.) I also tried to spin it like "having high expectations isn't always a bad thing". It makes you look like a problem solver who has honestly looked to improve by assessing your weak point and finding a solution. Remember the principals have professional "weaknesses" too! Good luck!
