subbing in NJ

When I lived in NJ (central), it was nearly impossible to get a job. I sent out resumes, only to get a postcard saying "Thanks, but no thanks..." I once went to a job fair for a township, only to wait in line for 4 1/2 hours!! I must have been up against 3,000 people! I didn't even get a card from them! So, I moved back to my hometown, where I'm subbing, but at least there is some hope for me now! I think a lot of my problem was that I didn't have my NJ certification yet. Good luck to you all!
