Teaching Job

Hi! Where exactly are you from in NJ? I'm looking to get a job through the alternate route in Nj. I know some people who don't have certification and got hired through the alternate route. I think it depends where you are going to teach. The urban city always have plenty of openings. I know Plainfield is willing to hire as long as you just have a degree and pass the Praxis. The more suburban schools are harder because they tend to hire within their own towns and the demand is less. Let me know how it is going. I wish you the best of luck!
