Mid February may be rushing it a bit, but I know where I am, some schools ARE starting to think about next year already. If you have districts that you are specifically interested in, CALL them. Some times they like to have a stack of resumes, ready & waiting when they start the process of screening. See what they want in YOUR area & follow their suggestions. Check out web sites for districts, too. In my county, many schools have gone into a co-op sort of thing where you fill out one resume on-line, & then indicate which positions the various schools have posted are the ones you are interested in. They WILL NOT take paper resumes as part of the screening process at these schools.
