chin up!
By lisa

Clip to ScrapBook
Keep your chin up! With your experience and desire to return a school district would be lucky to have you. Maybe you aren't given an interview because you are such a good sub. Many districts are short on subs so they pick others for full time positions so they won't lose a good sub. I think it's horrible but I've heard of it happening to alot of people. Maybe you could talk to the prinipals at the schools you sub at and explain that while you appreciate the opportunity to sub you are really interested in a regular position. Maybe they'll sense you are ready to leave subbing and so not wanting to lose you totally they'll hire you. Just a thought.
