Silence is golden

L.P. I read your message and couldn't believe it. Great minds and all that. If you read my post down below about the concert you will know why my voice disappeared- approx 6 hours of singing in one day! On Wednesday when
I went into school my voice had dropped by about 2 octaves and I could probably have performed Old Man River with no trouble at all. My kids were great too and I also used a little bell to get their attention. I'm still not back to normal and there is more singing tomorrow with a visit to our local retirement home ( for me and my choir, not just me). However, my own class has been much quieter

for the past few days. There must be a lesson in that somewhere. Many thanks to those who have wished us happy holidays. I wish you all a happy and very peaceful holiday. I think in the new year I will try to find more opportunities to write on this board. Hope lots of others do too. Grace
