recess & lunch

In our district we all have duty free lunch and recess (generally 20 min & 30 min. recess right after although some schools go up to an hour total) Teachers can choose to do an extra recess whenever they want. We have paid staff that does lunch/recess duty, usually aides who work part time increase their hours by doing this but some schools hire aides just for lunch/recess. You all have my sympathy, I'd go nuts if I didn't get a break, although most days I have kids stay in for recess to finish work ;(
