The answer

As I was reading through your post, I was thinking that there seemed to be only one answer to your question. Then you went and answered it yourself. Although they are giving you a hard time at the moment, I would not let
one group of students affect your decision. They will move on. The move to a new building sounds good too and that may also signal some changes in timetable etc. I think you may regret leaving if the new building turns out to offer you and the students new and better opportunities. Also, I think if you want to start a family it may be better not to combine that with a brand new job. Your
new employer may not be too impressed and it would be very stressful. Why not stay where you are for another year and then look at your situation again. Whatever you decide, I hope it works out for you. Grace
