just tell her what you told us. Say something like Hey, I'm sorry to be asking you for so much but here's the situation....you might even add imagine what you'd be feeling if I hadn't left some of my stuff behind....usually people are more understanding when you've given them the whole picture....

and if you've alread done the above then I guess she's just a rude person and that probably won't change....

maybe you could publish a wish list and post it by your room door so that when parents came in they'd see it and make a donation?
