Mousercise

When my own kids were little and we were stuck indoors, they went wild, too. I found some music which I played for them. One of my all-time favorites was "Mousercise." Mickey Mouse led the children my giving directions as to what they should do. Goofy, Winnie the Pooh, and others also participated. All were exercises to lively and fun music, and my kids loved doing them. While this music may no longer be available, I am sure that if you look around the stores you might find something similar.
