Can You By Been There

Take them outside later in the afternoon, as it warms up (Or isn't it warming up?!)
Our kids do not go out for their "big" recess with the aides if it is 20 or colder, by contract.
Some of our aides have to be out for an hour at a time....burrrrr! But they still have an afternoon recess that they try to attempt.
Can you think of a plan for the classroom that would take them outside so it is not wasted time?
