You are not alone Jessica
By Pam

Clip to ScrapBook
I too am a special ed teacher and put in from 7-4 daily don't get a prep and I get a 15 min. lunch time. Thank goodness my aide takes my students out for recess which gives me 15 min. in the AM and 15 min. in the afternoon
to write in communications books and grade papers. I don't even eat lunch and I know that is not healthy. I used to run everyday after school when I had secondary ed. not anymore I am just completely tired. I too don't feel I put in too much time. I am balanced with trying to keep up with the demands of our job and enjoying my life too that is very important. I have spent over 2,000
in my classroom this year alone. This is the first year I was VERY religious in keeping receipts. If anyone has any tips on how to get funding for materials it would be much appreciated. 300 does not go far. I too feel like I am rambling, I guess we are not alone. I do enjoy my job though and we have to focus on those positives.
