Clip to ScrapBook
The only interns I'm familiar with are student interns (student teachers) who are unpaid. Does this person spend all day every day with you? Can you use her to work with small groups and one-on-one tutoring with the children? Of course, if she acts like she knows everything, she may be of no help at all. You're right to establish who is THE teacher in the classroom. If she is hindering your education of the children, for THEIR sake, I'd ask to have her reassigned to someone else if that's possible.
