I had a bad experience emailing a principal. Please be very careful about the tone and way you email others, when you write something it can be taken the wrong way. I feel for those that are in your situation. Like the previous person said don't battle it alone. If you can get the backing of a group or the union too do it. Don't let yourself get scape goated. Get someone you trust to proof read your emails before you send them, that is a good idea to claarify what has been said though, I hope I don't sound like I am being negative just wanted to share my own experiences. What I think doesn't sound negative others thought did. Hang in there too.
