the vent board

I think the vent board was/is going through a power struggle. On one hand you have wise sages and the other the new, conquer the world teachers. I think along the way everyone is, has been, or was offended by some remark, joke, or well-meaning advice.

Reading back, I only think that the newer teachers resisted being told how to operate on the first year teacher board by the experienced teachers. Then, I think the experienced teachers feelings were hurt by their opinion. Honestly, I can see both sides. And, there are a few fun loving teachers that felt a door had closed on them, myself included.

Personally, I think we should just erase that gripey board and start it all over January 1 2001. That is just an opinion.
