It's so hard!
By Madeline

Clip to ScrapBook
I, too, am totally exhausted. My boyfriend went away this week and I was so sad that I would not have anyone to hang out with at night.... but I've been so busy planning lessons, it's a good thing he went away! I have been
to school by 7am every day this week, and I've been doing work until about 9pm. And I'm not exaggerating! I don't understand why it's taking so long to plan my lessons. Maybe, like someone else said, it's because I'm trying SO hard to make sure my very-excited students are still engaged and motivated. It takes me an hour to plan a reading lesson- I am starting to worry because the
lesson itself is only an hour when implemented. What am I doing wrong? Why is is taking this long to plan? I guess this is the same question as a post a few weeks back called "What do I leave off?" but it is just really frustrating. When am I supposed to do my Christmas shopping?! Does anyone have any ideas for any lessons next week that don't take so darn long to plan so I can try to enjoy my weekend and evenings? Only 6 more days until the break....
