see a doctor.
By RX

Clip to ScrapBook
My voice gets hoarse - but only seasonally. I am a constant talker, read alouder, etc. etc.

However, for your voice to become hoarse so consistenty and often; see a doctor. You need to see if your condition could be caused
by drainage, allergies, or a growth, etc.

Also, my friend has a similar condition that is chronic. I think it is called
spastic disphonia. (I think)

It is the same condition that was on Nightline that one of the PBS radio talkshow hosts had.

For my friend's condition, she had to undergo Botox shouts to her vocal chords to relax them (because they were spastic -- vibrating)

For her, the shots did not really relieve the problem. For the anchor on the radio, I believe they worked wonders.

Anyway, you should not be experiencing so much hoarsness. See your doctor
