teacher vs. teacher syndrome
By Veteran Teacher

Clip to ScrapBook
I have worked at four different schools and find this to always be the case, the only difference has been that in larger schools it's only a small group who do this and you can usually avoid them.
I have found the teacher vs. teacher syndrome actually to be coworker vs. coworker. I have worked in a hospital, attorneys' offices, and clothing store and have found the same thing. My point is that it can just as easily happen in other professions, so don't give up on something you love because of this nonsense. Best of luck to you!
