My experience is different from the others. I love the people I work with, and at my school we don't have any of the jealousy, animosity, unprofessionalism, or backstabbing that others have described. I am sure that for each of the complaints you have read, there must be many others who are shaking their heads and saying, "No, it's not this way at my school!"
