It's like hearing myself

I felt for you as I read your message - it is like reading my own story - which is just what you said. I kept thinking the secret was to find a way to COPE with these frustrations, pressures, and disappointments. I worked at that for a year on a daily basis. I think if I had it to do all over again, I'd go to a teacher that seems happy and find out if she really is and how she does it. I'd keep looking until I found someone who could tell me what I've been asking for on this board. The thing that scares me is the fear that there is no answer like the one I wanted to find - a way to not let all this get to you so you could stay in it without always feeling like you're hanging by a thread. good luck sister!
