educational tragedy?

Wow! I can't believe what I just read! Surely you cannot believe the educational problems of today are a greater tragedy than the events of September 11th? That's like comparing apples to oranges. Put things in perspective, please! Education will always have problems (as does every field: medicine, police and fire safety, politics, corporate business, etc., but it in no way can compare to the loss of life and the sense of despair experienced by everyone on that awful day!
