No, he is whining about a group of teachers not using a program we have purchased. The reason they are not using it -- they are self-contained and teach much younger students who are having a hard time, developmentally, using the program and doing it correctly. When they ask questions about how to do it, they are thought of as whining and complaining.

He is a nice guy. However, he wants to be a principal and that is the side he has chosen.
