Michigan has a MEAP-Michigan Educational Assessment Program or Profile..ugh..i can't remember... but we also have a new test for Students with special needs who are unable to take the MEAP, called MI-Access. Now tell me...in special ed, where education and instruction is supposed to be INDIVIDUALIZED...how can they honestly give a standardized test and compare students of ALL ages, disorders, and capabilities??!?!?! This is ridiculous....
