P.S. I agree that I would be up in arms over a report from my daughter about inappropriate touching. But the parent doing the complaining here was the parent of the child doing the touching. Your idea to go to protective services is a good one, but in our district that decision would come from our principal after consultation with the teacher. I'm required by law to report any incident of sexual misconduct immediately to the principal who makes the call on where it goes from there. Safer for me, not necessarily better for the kids, however.
